My Approach
I’ve always felt drawn to the deeper, more meaningful parts of life—the moments that shape us, the struggles that refine us, and the connections that remind us we’re not alone. It’s a privilege to step into someone’s story and create a space where they feel heard, valued, and understood. Having navigated my own experiences with grief and trauma, I understand the power of simply having someone present with you in your hardest moments.

I work with children (ages 9-12), adolescents (13-17), and adults (18+) struggling with anxiety, depression, self-worth, feeling stuck or confused, grief and trauma. My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, blending mindfulness, somatic practices, and evidence-based techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). These methods help to build resilience, regulate emotions, and foster healthier relationships.
I believe that everyone makes sense when you take the time to truly hear their story. My goal is to provide thoughtful, individualized support that meets each person right where they are, without judgment.
I also honor the role of faith and spirituality in the healing journey and can thoughtfully incorporate these upon client request.
