My Approach
Life takes us all on a journey, often with unexpected twists and turns. My own life experiences are no exception!

At times, we may look back with regret or ahead with uncertainty. You might feel stuck, discouraged, or wonder why certain struggles keep resurfacing. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone, and there is hope.
Together, we can explore the hard questions and begin to uncover where you may feel stuck or overwhelmed. We all need someone at times to offer perspective, insight, and support. I offer a holistic approach and would be honored to support you as you work toward becoming healthy, staying healthy, and truly thriving. Mental health is just as important as physical health, and caring for yourself allows you to better care for those you love most.
My areas of specialty include life transitions, relationships, sports performance, parenting, and spiritual integration. I draw from Person-Centered Therapy, Family Systems, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to support you in reaching your best self.
Clients often share that they feel safe, heard, and at ease in our work together. I value the stories people carry and believe healing often begins when we are able to share our story with another. It would be a true joy to partner with you on your journey.

I am extensively trained in the integration of psychology and Christianity. Christian counseling tools are available for integration upon client request.
